BH can never get into the specifics about what he has accomplised over the past 4-years. Even Osama Bin Laden died from a Kidney Infection around 4-years ago; despite BH throwing him a Burial-At-Sea Funeral that lasted all of 4-5-6-Minutes, at the most. When it comes for him to get-into-details, in expressing his Legacy; he has to shut-up. Right now, he's talking a lot about what he has in-mind. If all of these Ideas are so great for his 2nd Term, then why didn't he pull-some-of-them off in his 1st Term? He can't just keep blowing smoke like that; there are too many people who are a lot smarter than he is. .

It's funny that now the Romney camp is demanding that Obama remove their "misleading" adds...

Good, the lies need to be pointed out. But where is this being aired? It needs to be on Fox, but I'm pretty sure fox would not put it on.

Typical BS Dem spin. The Washington Post was not for work requirements in the lead up to Bill Clinton's sign off on them. Did you think they wouldn't defend Obama's actions to defeat those same work requirements?

Ummmmm....duh. The requirements are only changed if a states plan can show that they could increase the back to work over 20%. Stop the lies.

Unemployment has remained unchanged or increased since Obama took office. There are more people on food stamps and welfare than ever before. Obama's policies are a miserable bloody failure. We hear that Obama has undone some policies endorsed by Clinton and a GOP congress to remove work requirements for welfare recipients and you say, stop the lies? Let us recap. More out of work welfare recipients than ever and a president with failed policies monkeying with policies that worked. Lies? He has no business messing with these policies regardless of what spin you put on it.

That was not true and has been debunked. It was just another one of Romney lies and scare tactics.

You're the one spinning it....Nothing changed in the policy....except one thing. Obama wanted states to have flexibility(10th Amendment) to create programs that would be better for the unemployed...and allowed states if they could show plans that would increase the current system by 20%...then they could implement their new programs...because their state plans had better outcomes than the government. Wow...that sounds so horrible.

If the states can do a better job...let 'em....sounds pretty sane to me. Except when you run ads that lie about the program....then you get Foxnews flunkies like you...who go ape shit crazy. Calm down take a breath....Obama hasn't released the black helicopters yet.

When I first read about that (the welfare thing), I read that it was more about what was considered working vs. training, etc. But it was sure spun to make it sound like something totally different. Just like Mittens other commercials, out of context and wrong.

My critique of the ad had nothing to do with its entertainment value. I support Obama but the fact is that there is no way that the welfare roles can be reduced because there are no jobs for even those who were working and got laid off. While what is said is true - there is no way to implement some of those things.

Unfortunately, most people will pay no heed to an ad unless it has some entertainment value. Sad, but true.

Maybe the next step in welfare reform would be to help folks relocate for jobs?

It's not necessarily a bad idea - but maybe they don't want to go to Mexico or India or Venezuela. If we create new jobs here - rewarding companies who stay here and fine those who do not (making them pay the same tariffs imposed on foreign companies that import) - then I think offering to help those folks relocate for jobs would be a great idea.
