    maybe there is no difference. Maybe we bring to the surface what lies underneath...maybe if we were all able to solve the riddle of ourselves there would be no conflict in the world.

    one is on the inside of you which usually hurts the most and the other is on the outside which in my opinion can take anything

    Internal conflict- Conflict that exists within an individual. You can feel personally conflicted when you can't make up your mind about something etc.
    External conflict- conflict that exists between two or more people. If two people disagree or dislike each other, it may create external conflict.
