They would have to punish all for partying too much. That's 97% of the military.

Harry has brought the British Army in to disrepute, so therefore deserves to be punished.

On the other hand the PCC (Press Complaints Commission) in the UK received one of it's highest number of complaints about The Sun Newspaper's publication of the photo's. The PCC is expected to rule that the SUN newspaper infringed privacy as it's defence of public interest has been dismissed.

Of course this is nothing new from The SUN Newspaper, owned by that paragon of honesty Rupert Murdoch. Four of his senior journalists from the Sun newspaper were arrested and charged for hacking into the mobile phones of the families of dozens of dead British soldiers killed in Afghanistan, and paying off corrupt police to get a story on an abducted and murdered teenage girl to see if they could, quote "Find any dirt on her." their words. Made all the more tacky as the poor girls body was found in a shallow grave. So much for journalistic integrity.

I am pretty sure that people in that army have done that and more so it really shouldn't be a big deal plus it was on his own personal time.

No, I don't think so. At the end of the day he's a young man having a bit of fun. As long as he keeps to his responsibilities then what's wrong with him having some on holiday?
Yes he's a Prince, yes he's in the army but no that does not mean he has done anything wrong. He hasn't offended anyone, he didn't commit any crime - where's the harm?

He's not the heir to a throne and his brother will probably have children who will be. So why worry about it now? It actually would be nice to see a real person on the throne who could bring actual people experience into it.

The service is not classless but as far as activities outside the military, consequences should be the same for all and maybe a little heavier for those of higher rank.

He is a Prince for crying out loud. IMO it's not good for the Royals image, nor the British Army's image. He knows that what he did was wrong, he knows the rules, he was born into it you know.
