Russian Police Badge Fail

This Russian robber was going around mugging folks on the street. Then he thought he got lucky when he stole a bag that contained a real Russian police badge. So he edited in his photo.
The problem was it was a female officer's badge and even though it's obvious he cut it in poorly. He also left the feminine tie in the photo.
So Police Badge FAIL!
