About Me

I am a very sincere, honest, friendly, caring individual. If you can make friends with me you will not have a better friend; however, if you make an enemy of me you will never have a fiercer foe.
I am a Christian and hold an associate’s degree in Biblical Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Theology. I do not believe in making a living as a pastor and very dedicated to my profession. I preach and teach for no charge after the example of Paul and the early apostles. I am a home church planter and keep the church small. I accept gift offerings for the works sake and such expenses necessary for the operations of the church.

Nice book list, I'm going to see if there are any available for pdf. I keep seeing the Creature from Jekyll Island pop up and finally got it, something I should have done a long time ago I'm sure.

If you get the chance to read the book, please do. Presidential campaigns are won on marketing ideas and do not have to be dishonest. Controversial things sometimes do not need be discussed and if they are they have to be sold to the public at large. This is Paul's biggest mistake. I personally am for ending all wars, legalizing all drugs and taxing only for rehab purposes, ending the fed and returning power to congress, back to the gold standard. It is easy to blurt them out without selling the ideas, but it will get you painted as a radical very quickly by moderates and independents. These ideas have to be sold to the public in a convincing manner before independents will even consider them. I can tell you one thing with absolute certainty the recent attacks on the moderates here for not supporting Paul was absolutely the wrong thing to do. Not only did it turn a lot of voters away from Paul, It has a lot of them actually campaigning against him. These voters will never reconsider him as a candidate. A lot of them were reminded of the recent liberal surge that put the big 0 into power and were completely turned off by it. Maybe in lieu of trying to sell a cult like figure, we would be better off trying to market the ideas he represents. Making these changes will not happen ...

We have an opportunity with the up and coming crash of the dollar, that will crash regardless of who wins the presidency, to make some radical changes back towards the constitution. People are not going to be sold on these changes until they feel the pain caused a century of bad decisions of subverting the constitution. .....off my soap box, hope I did not bore you. your friend jr :o)

Ron paul is the most honest candidate we have in the race, unfortunately it is not honesty that will win elections and i believe Paul is beginning to realize it. It is the reason he is willing to settle for Rand as VP which will have a libertarian influence on the direction of the country but not so radical one as to discourage independents to support. I would very much like to see Paul as president, but I am also a realist and realize it is not going to happen. The one thing I am not willing to accept is Obama for another 4-years. I know our country will not survive this. If you get a chance, read the Book Words that Work by Frank Luntz to gain a better understanding of how elections are won. with this approach, us libertarians can get our choice. If we are to get our way, we have to be willing to play the game to win...good talking with you and i hope I have not angered you by being honest with you

Wayne it was either an American Thinker Blog or article that I read the article. It was a compelling enough write up that convinced me it was right on target. I attempted to work with the Paul supporters and at one time was a Paul supporter myself, until I was viciously attacked for trying mediate and convince them to back off the attacks on the moderate conservatives. they chose to ignore and continue with the vicious attacks. I would voter for Paul igf he is the candidate, but the radical idiots destroyed any chance of him being the republican nominee
