No way: This is crazy! Kids have no right to sue for discipline.
and said : How retarded is this judge? Grounding a child from a school trip is "too severe?" If it were my daughter, depending upon the nature of the photos, I may have done a lot worse! This court has no idea what "severe" punishment is, and the judge should be disbarred.

and said : I think it COULD be an issue. Age is not the only factor, of course, when predicting somebody's health, but it certainly is a consideration. I'm more concerned with the direction Obama and the Democrat party will take the country. If something does happen to McCain, his VP will take over the office. If the VP is Conservative enough, then it will actually IMPROVE the direction of the country. On the other hand, Obama is going to move the country to the extreme left. Higher taxes; government-subsidized and mandated health care; abortion on demand, funded by we taxpayers; an energy policy that makes the U.S. even more dependent upon foreign oil; a homeland security policy that leaves our borders unprotected; a foreign policy that borders on appeasement; and much, much more. I'm not a big fan of McCain, but he's much more preferential to Obama. I don't know about you, but that is not the "change" I'm looking for. It was only a matter of time before the Democrats played the age card.

Yes, i would be disappointed that she did not find a solution, but i would forgive.
and said : I wish there were a "None of the above" choice. First of all, it's not for me to forgive. She didn't sin against me and I'm not the one to whom she needs to repent. She needs the forgiveness first of the child she murdered and secondly to God who created that innocent life. The answer about God wasn't accurate because God does forgive those who repent of their mistakes. And the Bible says that He casts their sins into the sea of forgetfulness where they will no more be remembered. I truly feel sad for the countless lives who are taken in the name of "choice" and for the women who feel that it's their only option. I pray that they find the Truth and that this barbaric practice is ended forever.
