TO ALL MY SODAHEAD FRIENDS THAT HAVE BEEN SO GOOD TO ME, I NEED ANY INFO THAT YOU CAN OFFER ME.. THINGS ARE REALLY BAD FOR ME AND MY FAMILLY AND JUST GOT WORSE..MY LANDLORD HAS TAKEN ME TO COURT AND I HAVE TILL DECEMBER 30TH TO VACATE THE PREMISES..I ONLY HAVE $1200 DOLLARS FOR AN APT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SOCIAL SERVICES TURNED ME DOWN FOR RENT HELP AND OTHER THINGS I NEED BADLY BECAUSE OF LACK OF PROOF OF US CITEZENSHIP, WHICH I LAWAYS WAS AND WILL BE A CITEZEN.. ALL OUR BIRTH CERTIFICATES, WHICH IS OUTRAGOUS..I GAVE EVERYTHING ELSE TO THEM AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLY MEAN TO ME..THIS IS WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN ON SITE FOR A WHILE..TOO DEPRESSED AND SCRAMBLING WITH LITTLE TIME LEFT..I DONT WANT TO BE HOMELESS AND AM SCARED FOR MY FAMILLY.IF THERE IS ANY INFO THAT ANY ONE WOULD HAVE FOR ME, I WOULD BE FOREVER GRATEFUL TO YOU...AND WHAT KILLS ME IS THAT I AM AN AMERICAN CITEZEN BORN AND RAISED IN BROOKLYN, NY...THANKS AND GOD BLESS ANY OF YOU IN THIS SAME SITUATION..WILLY

"PELOSI: Buy a $15,000 Policy or Go to Jail JCT Confirms Failure to Comply with Democrats’ Mandate Can Lead to 5 Years in Jail Friday, November 06, 2009 Today, Ranking Member of the House Ways and Means Committee Dave Camp (R-MI) released a letter from the non-partisan Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) confirming that the failure to comply with the individual mandate to buy health insurance contained in the Pelosi health care bill (H.R. 3962, as amended) could land people in jail. The JCT letter makes clear that Americans who do not maintain “acceptable health insurance coverage” and who choose not to pay the bill’s new individual mandate tax (generally 2.5% of income), are subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250,000 and imprisonment of up to five years. In response to the JCT letter, Camp said: “This is the ultimate example of the Democrats’ command-and-control style of governing – buy what we tell you or go to jail. It is outrageous and it should be stopped immediately.” Key excerpts from the JCT letter appear below: “H.R. 3962 provides that an individual (or a husband and wife in the case of a joint return) who does not, at any time during the taxable year, maintain acceptable health insurance coverage for himself or herself and each of his or her qualifying children is subject to an additional tax.” [page 1] - - - - - - - - - - “If the government determines that the taxpayer’s unpaid tax liability results from willful behavior, the following penalties could apply…” [page 2] - - - - - - - - - - “Criminal penalties Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual: • Section 7203 – misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year. • Section 7201 – felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.” [page 3] When confronted with this same issue during its consideration of a similar individual mandate tax, the Senate Finance Committee worked on a bipartisan basis to include language in its bill that shielded Americans from civil and criminal penalties. The Pelosi bill, however, contains no similar language protecting American citizens from civil and criminal tax penalties that could include a $250,000 fine and five years in jail. “The Senate Finance Committee had the good sense to eliminate the extreme penalty of incarceration. Speaker Pelosi’s decision to leave in the jail time provision is a threat to every family who cannot afford the $15,000 premium her plan creates. Fortunately, Republicans have an alternative that will lower health insurance costs without raising taxes or cutting Medicare,” said Camp. My computer is completly protected and suddenly 3 weeks after becoming a SH, I started getting serious comprimising virisus sent into my PC..Also I have tried to send my fellow sodaheads person to person mails and write blogs, and suspiciously my screen would go blank then pop up to another part of my page, Before I could send them out..And they would be gone for good...I dont know what is going on but it is scary, Every time I try and use "MY RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEACH RE: GOVT. or ect. Dont want to say too much..Someone is trying to scare me off of this site.. BUT I FIND ALL OF THIS QUITE ODD>>>>PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS GOING W/MY SH's..THANKS

As a country, we have been made a part of an international financial board that will oversee and implement wage restrictions on our CEO's. This has come from the G20 summit. Obamas Party had to clean up some of his words last night,........When he told others to grab a mop and help clean up , he used the Word SOCIALIST MOP...they took that word out and hardly anyone heard it .. but here is a video before they cleaned it up... take a look......the socialist mop is at 1:25...video below Won't Obama ever get it? Yesterday an anti-corporation satire group called the Yes Men held a press conference in Washington D.C., claiming to be the U.S. Chamber and announcing that the Chamber had reversed its position and was now supporting a carbon tax. The video of the press conference is here. The press conference didn't get very far, however, as a journalist showed up at the U.S. Chamber's offices looking for a press conference, which tipped off Chamber staff that something was awry. The real Chamber showed up at the press conference, and hilarity ensued. Several News Groups were caught red-handed and had to retract their breaking headlines, and can be seen on the videos here and the reports here.
