    FOX
Everyone but FOX is decidedly left -- -so far to the left they need gloves! The leftist media is one of the reasons people dislike Pres. Bush and are opposed to the war. The left is giving completely wrong, erroneous information. The left may also be a reason the Republicans may lose in November (if we lose) and why we may get stuck with The Bitch Hillary or the Liar Barack HUSSEIN Obama. The left is so in love with those 2 LOSERS we Republicans may lose. And they don't even bother to hide their leftist support and ideology. Well, boys and girls, remember what happened to Dan Rather when he LIED about Pres. Bush in 2004! So I'll stick with FOX or WABC-AM 770 New York.

How do you feel about interracial relationships?

How do you feel about interracial relationships?

    1,562 1,636
No I don't agree with it.
I really am trying to change my view but it's very hard. When I was young - and we're talking late 1960s, my mother didn't speak to me for 3 days because I told her I saw nothing wrong with it. We'd had gossip in my school that 2 white girls were dating and even engaged to 2 black fellows. They were nice girls and their boyfriends were very nice but my mother (who was raised by southern folk) coldn't see it. At first, in order to avoid further silence, I went along with Mom. Now that I'm an adult and my mother is in Heaven, I now see her point. Why? Mainly for the children. We're seeing it with Barack Obama and even if he hadn't come along, it still must be very difficult for a child to come into the world and not know for sure to what race he or she belongs. I don't condemn a bi-racial couple but let's just say I notice it and I have to tell my prejudices to SHUT UP. Remember though, it's not just a question of skin color: It's also a matter of culture. The African American culture and the Caucasian culture are, in many ways, very different. These also are factors with which bi-racial children must deal. And it's hard to say this but Love is NOT enough in cases like this.

Should Planned Parenthood accept donations specifically for abortions of black babies?

    114 178
NO ----- This is horrible! Abortion and racism are both symptoms of a fundamental human error.
ABORTION IS MURDER, PURE AND SIMPLE. And it isn't the church that tells me this - it's facts and the latest X-ray technology that shows this and proves it. As for paying so black children will be murdered is no different than Adolf Hitler and his "Final Solution" and is just as unconscionable and reprehensible. What has this country come to? First we legalized baby kjilling in 1973 in the name of "choice," rationalizing that the developing fetus is nothing more than a "blob of tissue" and saying a woman has a right to do whatever she wants with HER body. Then we nearly legalized partial birth abortion - this is so horrible that I weep every time I hear stories about it. Thankfully, Pres. Bush vetoed this act of barbarity. Now a doctor - who vows "first, do no harm" may be held criminally liable if he permits a baby to be born up to the head, "piths" it with a pair of scissors and then literally sucks the life out of the baby by sucking out its brain. Can you imagine the pain that child feels before it finally is murdered??? I cannot imagine we've come to such a disgusting act but apparently we have. I pray PP goes out of business SOON.

Should Hispanic immigrants be required to learn English if they are living in the US, or should we learn their language?

    117 723
Hell no! They should learn English
Why in the hell should we have to learn Spanish when they are the ones who have come to this country? WHY DO I HAVE TO "PRESS 1 TO HEAR ENGLISH"? I'm an American. i was born here. I speak English. If I want to learn Spanish, it's to learn a beautiful language and culture, not to accommodate a bunch of lazy, shiftless bums who REFUSE to learn English but who expect us to speak Spanish and to have signs and o ther documents in Spanish. Seeing signs in Spanish to accommodate peoplewho won't learn English makes me CRAZY. One person said every immigrant, regardless of country, should learn English. The majority of immigrants do but the Hispanics don't or won't; they know they don't have to because we do everything but bend over backwards to help them rather than encourage them to learn English.

Is Illegal Immigration a big deal?

    19 27
Yes, and they should be sent home.
Yes, illegal immigration is a big deal. I say send them home NOW. I'm sick of these bleeding heart liberals who feel sorry for these bums. If they need help, let their govt. help them - it's not up to us to take care of people who SNEAK into our country, take jobs away from Americans (and spare me the crap of saying "they do jobs most Americans WON'T do. We have people in prison for non-violent offenses; maybe we could have them do these jobs and not encourage Mexicans, Guatemalans, Hondurans, El Salvadorans, eetc. to sneak into our country). The problem of illegal immigration is one that must be fixed and NOT by allowing them to stay if they pay their taxes. We cannot let lawbreakers stay here with impunity. Also, punish employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens. They can't gripe about jobs being taken away if they are the ones doing the giving.

Is it fair to the American tax payers to pay up to $10,000,000 dollars for the pope visit?

    11 10
    Yes
Like it or not, Pope Benedict XVI also is the head of a country - albeit a tiny country. As such, he is entitled to the same respect given to the leaders of large, more populated countries. I'd rather spend money on the pope's visit than on the dirtbags who come to our country illegally and for whom we then have to pay for education, hospitalization, having babies, etc. but who refuse to learn English!

I'm responding to this in English because I'm a legal resident --- I was born in New York --- and English is the unofficial official language. This man is a private business owner - he is NOT beholden to the government or anyone else. Therefore, if he requires patrons to speak English before being served, it's his right. It's not exactly great customer service but neither is it good business for someone to say "To hear English, Press 1." So more power to him; maybe if these idiots who come to our country illegally, refuse to learn English and expect us to provide them with everything, are FORCED to learn ENGLISH, then maybe they will. I sure as hell am not going to learn Spanish to accommodate them! I was here first! If they don't like it, then they can go back to Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, The Dominican Republic, Haiti, Nicaragua, Honduras or whatever rathole, 3rd world (3rd rate) country whence they came!

Is it time to overrule the enviromental wackoes and start drilling for oil in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico

Is it time to overrule the enviromental wackoes and start drilling for oil in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico?

    129 753
    Yes
While I love animals and think it's necessary to watch out for them, I also think it is ESSENTIAL for America to STOP depending on the whackos in the Middle East for oil. This garbage of buying oil from them has gone on long enough. I remember the lines and line of cars waiting for gasoline while the Arabs conducted an oil embargo against us. 30+ years later and we're still cow-towing to those bums. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We shouldn't permit a bunch of tree huggers to dictate where we drill for oil. Who are these people anyway? They're people who still live in the early 1970s and wear Birckenstock sandals. This is 2008 and we're still groveling for oil in the Middle East while there are millions of barrels of oil under our own oceans and lands just waiting to be tapped. If we can't get this oil, then w need an alternative fuel but how do we get that when we haven't built a new refinery in 30 years and when we aren't allowed to use nuclear fuel or fossil fuel. As I said, enough is enough both from the Middle East and from the environmental nut-jobs like Al Gore, Leonardo DiCapprio, et al. You know, they'd be the first to jump up and down if they couldn't get gasoline for their private jets and SUVs!

Do you think we should pull the troops out of Iruaq?

    5 6
    No
An evil dictator and his 2 equally evil sons have been caught and executed. Millions of women who lived in terror are free and millions of people may vote how they feel instead of as they're told. These are some of the major accomplishments of our "invasion" of Iraq. While I wish we could leave tomorrow, to do so would put Iraq right back to where they were before we found Saddam (hiding in a spider hole). I do NOT support an immediate pull-out of our troops by these assinine Democrats and liberals who want us to think they care about the troops. They don't give a rat's behind about the troops; all they want to do is obtain power and to look "good" in front of their constituents. This is NOT, repeat NOT Vietnam. We've done some real good in Iraq and while we have a LONG way to go before Iraq can stand on its own. At least it's been given a start and a chance.

Yes, because I do not like the message it sends to kids.
Yes but not because of the msg it sends children. It's NOT his job to send messages to chidlren; that right belongs to people called PARENTS. Smoking is just a dirty, ugly, unhealthy but legal habit. However, smoking brings out his hypocricy. What bothers me more about Obama than his smoking is his overall hypocricy. He says he's a man for ALL the poeple (which, as president, he must be) yet he has not denounced "Rev" Jeremiah Wright, an America-hating racistt if ever there was one. And now Obama thinks people who don't support him are bitter, gun-toting, Jesus loving bigots. If that's not elitist (he said it at a closed event but thank GOD someone smuggled it out), then I don't know what is. Obama is too DANGEROUS to be in the White House.
