I'm an Obama fan and I love itIn all reality he is doing what he is supposed to do. First those opposed to him complained about how he was not prepared to be POTUS, now he is preparing to take the reins on DAY ONE and you are complaining about that. MAYBE a little intelligent knowledge about what is actually going on and being grateful or even accepting of his preparedness would be in order. MAYBE 9/11 would not have happened IF Bush would have taken the situation with Bin Laden seriously during his transition with the Clinton administration when receiving numerous intelligence reports instead of playing dumb and blaming it on Clinton. I believe you are complaining now about his preparedness because you cannot use that against him any longer. Either way, Obama has taken on the worst Governmental situations in History and I will give him a fair chance to follow through with his administration and his Presidency because I am an AMERICAN and THAT IS THE TRUE AMERICAN WAY! It authorizes the General Services Administration (GSA) to develop and deliver orientation activities for key prospective Presidential appointees, and requires GSA, in consultation with the National Archives and Records Administration, to develop a transition directory. The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-458) amended the Presidential Transition Act of 1963. It authorizes the provision of security clearances for prospective transition team members who will have a need for access to classified information to carry out their responsibilities as members of the President-elect's transition team.
