Thinning the wolf population so that they dont over-run an area i can understand, but letting idiots fly around and shoot them wherever they find them i dont agree with. They should do like we do in NY. The DEC watches the wildlife population, and only allows hunters to shoot certain varities of animals in areas where it is needed most. They issue licenses to hunters, but only for sections of the state that need it most, and when the population has been thinned out enough, they revoke the licenses until the population increases again. This plan that alaska has makes it sound like they are going to allow just any idiot with a gun to go where they want and shoot the wolves, which is just going to create more problems.
