For the majority, people do NOT use their car as an intentional killing device whereas a gun was made for the purpose of killing. How people use their firearms is up to them and hope ANYBODY who owns them is responsible in the handling of the weapon and keep them AWAY from children at ALL costs. Studies have shown that homes where firearms are owned are more likely to result in a fatality then those who do not. While people can harm another with many objects, a gun is the likeliest of all to result in a death-period. I am NOT a gun owner and dislike them myself, therefore will NEVER have one in my house. This does not mean, however I condemn RECREATIONAL gun owners as long as they're using them for just that or self-defense. The only people, IMO, who s/b using a gun to kill another person is law enforcement or the military. Case closed: VHM1
