Unless of course things get really bad. I have two children 10 and 3, my 10 yr old hasn't been on antibiotics or taken anything other than natural meds. since he was 4 and my 3 yr old has never taken anything other than natural meds..Since we stopped eating processed foods and switched to organic food and vitamins we have had nothing more than a sniffle or a sore throat. To be fair I should say my children are homeschooled and do not go to daycare, so they are not around all the germs you find in schools and daycare centers.My husband and my self haven't taken any thing other than natural meds. in about 6 years. So far so good!
