All I said was that he had influence in the only thing that could potentially change the country's legal position on abortion. The radical right has been agitating for the Supreme Court to reverse Roe v. Wade. It's not as if Bush didn't put the pieces into place. Thankfully the justices have acted appropriately. Roe v. Wade IS in danger as long as the Supreme Court is mainly composed of far right justices. Is it in IMMINENT danger? Nah, probably not. But that could change any time.
