Very true that someone stopped caring for that place, it was once someone's home...but this one is simply captivating and quaint ... Here is a pic of our city's newest courthouse...right outside of "Colonial" Williamsburg, near the College of William & Mary (very strict building codes here) Why this one passed, we have no idea, no one in town likes it at all!! haha We keep expecting to see armed guards in the cupolas atop the building, LOL...but nothing says "Colonial" about this structure at all really.
