But I guess it's ok if they do, just once or twice, until they change their citizenship. But in order to stop being an American citizen and officially become a voting citizen of whatever country, they have to officially become a legal citizen of whatever country, thereby giving up American citizenship. When Bush was running for his second term, some people said on a radio talk show in SF area, that they'd leave the USA if Bush won. I can only imagine that they did.
