I blame the Mayor and Governor for the Katrina tragedy...As for us here, I have been here my whole life ( in Florida) East Coast until I have 24,here for the past 18 years...We buy our water and canned good, get our batteries, board up or what-ever...then I go to work through the storm ( I have to)...My partner works after the storm...it is just how Floridians are about hurricanes...protect oursleves.
