There is a difference between not marrying someone because they aren't "beautiful" (which is wrong) and not marrying someone because their morbid obesity hinders them from daily activities. I don't want to marry someone I have to care for like an invalid because they can't put the fork down. Obesity of that stature speaks into one's character. Like I said, I wouldn't do it, but if she wants to marry him then thats great for them I guess.
