As good as being the killer may be in most horror films - I still have to go for the hero and hope it is one of those few horror films where the hero actually survives. Of course, as hero, I reserve the right to pre-emptively kill the most incompetent 'victims' myself rather than allow them to create a situation that allows the true killer to kill us all.
