I don't go in there with that mentality though! I assume that anyone in a boss-like position worked hard to get there and I totally respect that (and don't want their jobs :-) I've even lied about my previous salary! Usually you would inflate it to try for more money - I subtracted 15,000! Three interviews this week and two so far next week... Don't get me wrong I like all of you - but I spend too much time with you guys! I need to get back to work...
