I know that sounds stupid, but it's what my kids (29 and 25) ask for for their birthday dinner if we are at home, so on their behalf, I report it. Both have been to California (we don't have In 'n Out in our area) and they both swear they are second-best. On the East Coast, I'd go with Red Robin.)
