Yes. This is their country...they are US citizens...and they pay taxes. Maybe they are working overseas...who can blame them since all of our jobs were sent overseas. Or maybe they have another good reason. I intend to vote in four years if I am living abroad...and I will be if John McCain is elected POTUS....and hope someone better is running next time around.
