Marriage was invented by God. Not man. It is a religious mandate. Ordained of God. It pre-dates the law and the state. Since the ACLU and liberal activists enjoy using the old saw "Separation of Church and State", I say we should go before the Supreme Court on the grounds that the State is infringing on the Church. Which it is. The free exercise clause protects us against such infringements and impingements.
