Most American's don't realize that this term is used all the time on Wall Street, it's not a direct statement pointed at anyone. If you don't know the exact interpretation of something, look it up and YOU stop talking sh*t! I suppose the President is responsible for your leaky faucet too? How about this, you blame the President for everything and I blame Congress with their great rating?
