Give me a brake this is really stupid . Sue for asult or mistreatment or even humileation but to ask for this kind of money is just unreal. Perhaps the teacher should loose pay or be placed on a sespention. But to sue for this kind of money and the suposed humilyation is rediculase. This isadent is in my opinion triveyal and the girl is seeking monitary damiges way beyond the scope of the insednt. Its law suits like these that give people free rain to rape the system. I feel bad for the girl yet we do not know the aditude or sercumstances that took place was it a real kick or just a knuge saying im busy kid and your making a sean. I would need to know her additude and record with those around her as to how she presented her case to be on the team. As would ineed to know the teacher and his her record . There is not much info here to go on . based on what Ive read probation for the teacher and or a pay reduction. As for the girl a puplic apoligy in front of the student body. Not $75000 that just stupid.
