It was not ratified. Did you not watch the clip? The guy who wrote it sat right there and told you it's not legal. Watch it again, then go to Google and type in "the 16th amendment was not ratified" and read what it says... Good luck in your search for the truth.... I find you, like many, who believe we need big government to take care of us.. We don't. Most things can be handled by the individual States. Giving to much power to one single entity (the fed) is a dangerous thing, and our forefathers warned us of it. Read the Constitution. Giving the Fed full control is no better than having a King.. That is not the American way..
