If your gal Hillary gets in there, we'll have a totally new type of dynasty. In a few more years, Chelsey could make it three! It's funny how we all think that everyone is bashing our man. I've seen just as much Bush bashing as you've seen Clinton bashing. It really does go all ways. Obama has received his fair share lately too. Back to the subject at hand, I really don't think Bush and company intended for the whole Iraq mess to go the way it did. I really think they had good intentions. However, no one in the administration knew a single thing about Muslim history, and I'm sure that they also didn't really understand what's seriously going on between all of the players in the mid east. It's quite clear that Clinton and his group didn't get it and it's clear that Bush Sr. and his group didn't get it. I'm reading a book called Marching Toward Hell by Michael Scheuer. He was in the CIA through Clinton and Bush, and it really provides some insight into the whole Middle East soap opera. There's a lot of stuff that most Americans (including our government leaders) do not know. It's really opened up my eyes and made me think about our government. I highly recommend it to anyone who is smart enough to understand it (it's not easy reading like a Stephen King novel), and who has a real interest in the question of "Why the heck are we over there and how the crap did this whole mess start?" You seem like the type of intelligent person who might enjoy reading it. If you do, write me back and let me know what you think.
