the person with the most power (that he and his lawyer) grabbed for "the President", the person that's done the most damage with his greed (Halliburton -don't really care if i mispelled that abomination), the person that's subverted the constitution, time and time again with the help of his indescribably destructive lawyer/henchman, the person that parasitically sapped what wanning influence and strength this country had abroad, THAT would have to be the most evil person (thus far) in the 21st century. Hands down, no question about it. Sure you hear about those other pretenders to the throne, but that's just what makes them LESS evil. If you know what some slimeball is doing, then there's a greater chance he can be nuetralized. Cheney likes to work behind the scene. Hates the light of day - kinda like a vampire. I like to suck your economic blood! Bleah!
