Yep, that's Highgate in London. I think it's the most beautiful cemetery in the world. It was built in Victorian times, and people used to go and have picnics there amongst the graves. Then it fell into ruin, and they are still going through and uncovering bits of it. Elizabeth Siddall is buried there (Rosetti's wife, and the woman who personified the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood).
