This PIG should rot in jail..... Just another punk off duty pig that thinks he is above the law... I hope they send a message to all of the cops out there with this one.... BOTOM LINE...... This is Wanton Endangerment 1st degree because this was an OFF DUTY cop and he used lethal force against some drunken punks.... The guys that threw the bottles should have had their asses kicked and a couple of bottles smashed on their heads but to be shot....... Give me a break! If every time a person smashed a bottle over someone's head they were shot at then the murder rate would sky rocket... My uncle was sitting at a golf club bar in Cincinnati a year ago and a drunk smashed a liquor bottle across his face causing him 70 stitches,,, We would still be visiting him in the pen if he had shot that guy. As far as SELF DEFENSE...... Give me a break.... Not a chance! These guys threw beer bottles.. They did not shoot at anyone... I don't know that I have ever heard of anyone dying due to a beer bottle hitting them in the head... If anyone knows of this happening please send me the story so I can send the cop some bail money.
