I went thru this question with my children often while they were growing up. Not too long ago I read a very good answer to this. To keep it short I'll give my brief description. "I couldn't tell you what was on every menu of every meal that I have eaten, in fact I couldn't tell you what I had last week. However, I do know that those meals have kept me alive." Whenever, I go to church there is spirtitual food that keeps me alive in Christ and growing in faith. Go to church! It is still a freedom we can enjoy!
