Unfortunately raping ll year old girls will get you beaten both in or out of jail .But it's not right to beat someone for a crime they may have committed. It's not up to us. It's vigilante. There has to be a trial and the punishment is up to the justice system. Otherwise you could be accused,judged and hung in the street by an angry mob.
