He should sue and sue big! Those little spoiled, trailer trash girls should be held accountable for their actions, because the cab driver is right. Had he not had the tape, it would have been their word against his, and he's a foreigner, with an middleastern name. Come on! anyone who would say he'd a gotten an immediate fair shake at that point is either very naive or plain stupid. Maybe after an arrest, jail time, a lengthy court case, a divorce, and job loss, the truth would come out, but still.... Those girls should have been arrested on the spot for calling the police under false pretenses. And to accuse the poor guy of Rape because they couldn't smoke! The audacity! Now that deserves jail time, (a serious ass-whopping by female inmates), thousands of dollars in fines, a year of community service, and thousands more in restitution to the victim of this slanderous, disgusting, dispicable accusation.
