We weren't against it right after the planes hit? How easily we forget. Remember, President Bush asked for a declaration of war and he announced it. But CONGRESS voted for it and they had to or Bush couldn't have declared it. Congress is equally responsible for going to war. By the way, have we been hit on our own soil since we went on the attack against them? The timing of the TEA (Taxed Enough Already) was held on April 15th the tax filing/payment deadline. So it was quite poetic actually. The war has cost us money, but it's more the STUPID spending the Reps. and Dems did while we were at war and before we went to war and is still going on with the many earmarks in this new stimulus package. Our politicians don't seem to learn to quickly and WE are paying the price for it.
