Hi Bill Pyatt, Yes, Obama can be arrested for Fraud if he is proven not to be an American Citizen. Regarding anything that he signed while in office, it will be null and void, as he was not a citizen of the U.S. at the time he became President. Therefore, if he was not a citizen he is not qualified to be President, nor does he have the authority to sign or pass any Bills, like the Stimulus Package or other pieces of Legislation. Thus, everything he has signed into law will be made Null and Void. The sad part is that he just gave away Trillions of Dollars from our treasury that will be a debt on our children and grandchildren for years. My guess is that the earmarks and Pork in the Stimulus Bill went to organizations who supported him, like ACORN, ACLU, ETC. Pretty slick when you think about it. He could have robbed our Treasury and sent money to these groups where he has friends and they may have sent the money to offshore accounts in Obama's name! This was his way of covering his Ass, if he is exposed and found not be a U.S. Citizen. Dr. Maggy
