I guess maybe Russian lice is more difficult to deal with... Perhaps it was old lice from the old Soviet Regime and that set him off... Or maybe he's just a little prick and deserves to spend the rest of his lice infected life in prison. But Hey... Good thing they got gun control over there, otherwise, we would hear how a woman got killed over... oh wait... Least she wasn't shot huh?
