Wouldn't it be interesting if Obama is disqualified after signing the healthcare bill into law. That would send the USA into its biggest political scandal in its history. The potential for that is enough for the Supreme Court to decide against hearing the case...in order to preserve the USA and prevent it from utter destruction. It is also a test of the validity of the US Constitution which requires the POTUS to be a "natural born citizen."

The good thing is that Obama, even with a Democrat controlled Congress, has not accomplished anything in his first year as POTUS...except to leave our allies hanging out to dry...and criticizing the USA and bowing to foreign leaders...and giving Marxists, abortionists, and the lower elements "hope." So removing him from office would not have any affect on policy or law. Although his successor might be able to actually make a decision on Afghanistan, one way or the other...instead of being locked in limbo with a "deer in the headlights" mindset.
