However, they are not going to do that unless they can give the rest of us "morons" the same thing you have. Many doctors now won't take Medicaid because they are not adequately paid for the appointment. Eighty-five percent say they will consider quitting if universal health care passes. Medicaid iand Medicare have cost us "moron" taxpayers billions in fraud, and the fact that we don't want another similar program to pay for makes us "morons". I guess I'll choose to remain a "moron". Also, I was educated to be a teacher which I did for 18 years until the school where I was teaching was closed. Guess what? I found another job in a different field that now is paying me much more money than a teacher makes although I took a pay cut in the beginning when I started as a secretary (3 months later I was promoted). Another example: the plant where my husband had worked for many years closed because of a union strike that he was not part of. We had three small kids to feed. He bought a paint brush and ladder, and shezam!! he had a job--one that over several years developed into a construction company. Any able-bodied person who wants a job can have a job in this country. It may not be a job they want to do, but people with ambition take those jobs anyway until they can do better. This has become a land of people wanting to start at the top, and if they can't start at the top, they lie at the bottom and whine and blame others. If you don't have a job here is a choice between two lucritive ones: Buy a lawnmower and rake or a paint brush and ladder. You'll be an instant success.
