the social, political area where you live does seem difficult .
there are a lot of things that you will need to know in order to analyze and understand why people are the way they are.
I suggest that you do some reading of critical and analytical authors, both Black and white.eg. people like Professor Angela Davis, Malcom X, Gore Vidal, Howard Zinn

I actually plan on being an author. i plan on finishing my story and then self publishing it. I would then like to be an journalist so that I can bring valuable information to the public if I ever became an journalist.
P.S. I am not going to let my race stop me. I actually ran into racist people on here, undermining me as an person and a writer. I am not going to listen to them.
I will become who I want to be. '
Sorry to bother you, I know I am probably a waste of words and breath to you. I just wanted you to know the real me. Adeen is my real name too,

Oh okay. I am 16. You have probably been through a lot, right? Sorry if my views offended you. I am trying to find my political views here.
I plan on being Independent. I agree with the Conservatives on a lot of things and Liberals on the other.
Whenever I go to school, it is a majority White school, I get stares from Caucasian students like I am some parasite. I am NOT White nor do I have White privilege. I have had older Whites accuse me of stealing, which I would never do. A racist White male called me ugly for being a young, Black girl. My so called Math teacher thought I wasn't as smart as another student because I was Black and he was White. I always get looks from Caucasian girls who feel they are better than me but aren't. Most of all, sometimes I feel I have to measure up to a Caucasian girl because they are considered the ''pretty ones'' if you know what I mean.
Yes, I have been through some racism myself and I am a young minority too. And worst of all, I live in a small, Southern town, Ocala. Florida and the people here are so small minded and feel that Blacks like me and you are nobodies.
I get that I act ''White'' from Black peers but I have been around so many Whites that alot of them have influenced me for the better or for the worst because most of my friend...

The bullying in my freshmen year of high school by Caucasian girls traumatized me and still does to this very day. They said I wasn't pretty because I didn't have blue eyes or blond hair, and that I was weird, not cool, awkward, etc. They said something was wrong with me. My mother pulled me out of that school because she felt the girls there disliked me because I was Black.
P.S. Racism has gotten worse under Obama. We aren't living in a postracial society.
I am actually an descended from Jamaicans. My family from both sides are Jamaican. I was born in New York City before moving to the small town, Ocala. So I am Black American of Jamaican descent.

I am who I say I am. It is worse than someone in my own race thinks I am a sock puppet. I am not lying. I am a Black teenage girl and I go to an all White school. I always get stares from Caucasians and I have a hard time in life as much as you do. I am not lying, just telling the truth. You comment offended me because I am who I say i am.
I thought Blacks were supposed to stick together not bring each other down and make false accusations like you are doing to me. Did you read my profile. I am 16 and I am 5'3' inches. I am a female.
I use my real name too and you aren't convinced?
I don't mean to bother you, I am just clarifying with you.
