  The quality of the foods as well as the types of foods that you choose have more to do with your poor mental emotional and psychological health than does the stress you are usually under every day. Also remember that if you can't pronounce the ingredients then you should not be putting them into your body. If someone says otherwise go and examine the kinds and types of foods he/she eats.

  I love spending time in the forest exploring walking the tracks through the mountains one town to another. I love being a biogenic vegan. Most of all I love having no children in my life or commitments obligations or agreements to hold me down control my freedom and happiness. I so love be me.
