View all 6 comments »I've already checked for everything, It seems that I get a little too much to qualify for any benefits, the cutoff is somewhere between $1100 and $1200 per month, I have more than that coming in. The formula doesn't care about mortgages or old debt. PA does have a homestead act that reduces property taxes 25% on the property you live in, it helps.
