About Me

I'm a retired registered nurse, college instructor, and administrator. Married to the same man for 43 years, I lost him to heart failure in 2006 on Dec 6. He had been a Marine and always honored Pearl Harbor Day - he missed it that year by one day. After recovery, I met a wonderful man and we live together as companions.

I play piano by ear, guitar by ear, keyboard, and I sing harmony. I've had a volunteer group for over 10 years that entertains for the elderly, veterans, county fairs, and fundraisers for good causes. Our first year we clocked 1470+ hours of entertaining. I loved it. I double as comic and MC.

I am on the internet hours each day, mostly on political topics- have been an avid follower of national politics for over 45 years - it can grow on you - somewhat like mold
