I tend to agree with you especially since we are told by the Mother Church to turn the other cheek but what happens when we run -out of cheeks???

Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I was unaware of this story. why would a Catholic group want a leader that was a Baptist? I realize that both are Christian, but the reality is that all other Christianities broke off of the Catholic Church after having differing opinions about Church Law. People need to stop pushing us Catholics, we might forget to turn the other cheek.

Anti-Catholic has been going on for years. Stand strong! Its the message of Catholicism that needs to be remembered and protected. Bless you, and keep the faith.

I tried to answer your reply on the post, but was unable to respond, guess I'm blocked. I would never leave the Church either. Thanks for the backup! :-)

View all 9 comments »As for that Baptist, I honesty think this is just another way to put Roman Catholic organizations "out of business" without APPEARING to be anti-catholic. The reason why I say that is becuase I lived in Tennessee ( just outside of Nashville as a matter of fact) and I know at my old church--- St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Murfreesboro--every Guy Fawkes Day someone would tape a copy of Martin Luther's 95 thesis on the front door every year!
thx!!
