I'm a senior at Pepperdine University and about to get my BA in Writing and Rhetoric. I'm also a Colorado girl at heart, so complaining about just how cold sixty-five degrees is will win you no points with me. Talking about how beautiful the mountains are, however, is a perfectly acceptable topic of conversation.

I also have a keyboard that does not seem to like me, so please forgive the gratuitous typos that I'm sure I'll make throughout my time here.

I'm Standards chair of my university's chapter of Gamma Phi Beta, as well as online liason of our anime club anda DJ on the campus radio station.

Reading, writing, blogging, video games, good movies, good music, Disney, anime, and having a good time.

I'll listen to just about anything. Right now, my Top Played list in iTunes includes the Rolling Stones, Poets of the Fall, Queen, David Cook, Lucky Boys Confusion, and quite a few songs from Glee.

Glee, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Doctor Who, So You Think You Can Dance, Two and a Half Men, Freakazoid, Darkwing Duck, and American Idol. I used to watch Heroes before it went on a shark-jumping expedition.

Anything by Disney, for starters. If Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog counts as a movie, it's on this list too. Also up here are V for Vendetta, Muppet Treasure Island, and the movie versions of most of the musicals I've seen.

Anything by Terry Pratchett. (Read Discworld. _Read_Discworld._) Hope Was Here and Rules of the Road by Joan Bauer are also awesome, as are the Meg Langslow (Murder with Peacocks, etc) by Donna Andrews.
