Do you know what a credit default swap is? well it's what got AIG into financial issues, wikipedia it & view my question on my profile. there is a Youtube video that clearly explains what they are. Once you view the video you will better understand why banks are not loaning to each other. No regulations on the CDS has left the financial sector unsure of who has the liquidity & who does not, but with all profits going down everyone is in trouble. the government wants you to think it is just the housing market, but they don't tell you that the CDS are being cashed in bcz they backed the subprime loans. my question that I have not researched yet, is are these CDS's sold in other countries? i'm betting yes:( (more)

If she knows sooo much, she would know that burning oil helps create the carbon which in turn helps global warming/climate change(which ever pretty title u prefer). instead of drill here, drill now(would only create a few jobs in drilling areas) we should concentrate on alternative energy that is cleaner for our mother earth. I believe alternative energy would create more jobs in all states, not just alaska. clean alternative energy is the only way to move forward, we must stop looking back at oil....that is change! (more)
