What makes you think that he will remove the 1200 agencies that are UNCONSTITUTIONAL already? Since he is planning for several more that cannot be considered constitutional. I don't care what he studied in college, he is no more a constitutional president than Castro or Chaffez.

YOU MAY JUST BE PARANOID, GIVEN THAT BARACK OBAMA WAS A CONSTITUTIONAL LAW PROFESSOR. NOT ONLY DOES HE RESPECT THE CONSTITUTION, HE'LL DO MORE TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION THAN BIG BROTHER BUSH
