"Give me Liberty, or give me Death!" a famous quotation attributed to Patrick Henry from a speech made to the Virginia House of Burgesses.
The speech was given March 23, 1775, at St. John's Church in Richmond, Virginia, and is credited with having swung the balance in convincing the Virginia House of Burgesses to pass a resolution delivering the Virginia troops to the Revolutionary War. Supposedly, in attendance were Thomas Jefferson and George Washington. Reportedly, the crowd, upon hearing the speech, jumped up and shouted, "To arms! To arms!"

Throw in the cost of maintaining it you can safely add another 10 years to that and considering it has a life span of 15 to 20 years, the only way to break even is to double the cost of the consumers electric bill. If I were living in the area serviced by this albatross the first thing I would do is put my house up for sale, post haste...
