About Me

I'm a writer with aspirations of being published eventually. I write mostly vampire/shape-shifter stuff. And no. That is not why Stephenie Meyer is listed as a hero.

Both parents work full time, yes I live at home, it's cheaper than moving out and my parents still need my help around the house (not that I'm ever around to be said help). I have three younger brothers; one still in high school (ninth grade), one going into either the family business or computer repair (I haven't figured it out yet), and one that plays video games all day and has enlisted in the Army for the money because he wants a fancy car. The last mentioned brother and I graduated the same year, we are not twins I am a year and a week older than him. I got held back because my high school is stupid and I had medical issues my junior year and missed a lot of school. So they felt it necessary to flunk me.

I am deeply in love with my boyfriend. Who I have been with for a year as of April 16th.

People that don't think I'm a total nut case.

Activities

Reading, writing, housework, hanging with the boyfriend, among other things.

Interests

I love to read and write; the two sort of go hand in hand. I am a strong believer in the saying Music = Life. I watch a decent amount of movies, the vast majority of which are chick flicks or based off books I like.

And I've started playing the dreaded video games. Right now it's just arcade games, but I plan to get good enough to kick butt on Halo.

Favorite Music

My tastes in music are constantly changing, to write anything here would mean coming back and changing it everyday.

Favorite TV Shows

Stargate, both Atlantis and SG-1 though I haven't seen either in ages. Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I almost never watch it but I have all seven seasons on DVD nevertheless. House, whenever it and I are on at the same time. Bones, same story as House. I watch NCIS (the original) and Ghost Whisperer almost religiously.

Favorite Movies

Avatar is freaking awesome! New age Pocahontas!

The Harry Potter movies, even though they seem to cut more and more out with each movie. Pirates of the Caribbean One and Two, Three creeped me out. Twilight, even though the cast could've been better and it left so much out. New Moon was a little better acting wise I thought. Eclipse had the fighting, that made it all worth it.

Not really favorites, but still mentionable:
The American Pie Trilogy, American Pie Presents: Band Camp, Step Up One and Two, and Take the Lead.

Favorite Books

Harry Potter, Twilight, Dark Guardians.

I still like House of Night, but it is starting to seem really immature.

SciFi and Fantasy books in general.
