I am a widow and consider myself semi retired and multi talented. Currently, I work from home as a Travel Agent. 5 years ago, I moved to Texas to be closer to my children. I have two children that are not married. My daughter is 45 and my son is 47.

I have had many careers in my working life and consider myself multi talented. I call myself Dr. Maggy on this website for the following reason. Many, many moons ago, I wrote a column for a newspaper called ask Dr. Maggy. People would write in with questions and I would answer. This was sort of a part time job, as I wrote appraisals for Industrial and Commercial Realtors at the time. During my working career, I worked in Research and Development. I also worked at two colleges, owned my own Western Store, which I had to close after my husband passed away 13 years ago and this list could go on, but it is long enough.

Next month I will be 71 years old. I am one of the lucky ones as people guess my age as somewhere between 53-60. It is not because of genetics, but because of the skin care and vitamin line that I use that keeps me looking young. What also helps is that I live in a retirement community with a lot of activities that I participate in which keeps me entertained and physically fit. The picture I have posted on Soda Head is only about 3 years old and I still look the same today. I am currently experimenting with letting my hair grow longer.

I love Soda Head. Soda Head keeps me young in spirit and mind. As a writer, I enjoy setting other Soda Heads straight on many of the issues of today. It is always fun to take on the young people and setting them straight. It is so amazing how duped and uninformed some of these people can be. One of the colleges I worked for was Antioch College, which is now closed. It was the Berkley of the East back in the early 70's. When I read some of the writings by some of the Liberal Soda Heads, I feel as though I am dealing with the Antioch Flower children all over again!

I am really hooked on the Soap Opera, "Young & Restless". I also try to catch Glen Beck, Bill O'Reilly and Shaw Hannity every night. I listen to Rush and Shawn on Radio

Momma Mia, and many more, that do not come to mind right now. Yes, short term memory is beginning to go:)

I mustly read political books and news letters, plus non fiction.
