Going on this sight for a little bit. Not likely to return after two weeks

Okay, it's been over two weeks and i'm still on. I guess i'm a permanent part of this site. About me: Hmmm. I don't wanna get too personal, so I'll try to keep this at minimum personal information. I do like to go on Joe Bro. polls just to get some sheeple p.o.-ed. I like to write politicaly inspired lyrics, like rage against the machine style. I have been playing the cello for about 3 years, and i've recently started playing acoustic guitar. I want to write some songs in my life; i don't expect to be succesful but writing songs just sounds fun. I like history, so i'm interested in becoming a historian, and... oh yeah, I'm part nerd.
I used to be liberal and anti-conservative, until I realized what a true conservative was. Notice i used "was" (past tense) not is, because i see few true conservatives today. I'm planning to write-in Ron Paul this fall. Yes, I know he's not running anymore, but i'm hoping that, by voting for a constitutionalist, I, and many other Americans, will be able to send a message to the goverment about what we think of our foundations and where we stand in concern for our freedome and liberties. Am I throwing away my vote? No, because I realy don't care for either Obama or McCain.

Okay, I didn't register soon enough so I can't vote this year *slaps forhead*
I have NO RESPECT for any individual or group of individual who advocates violence for any purpose other than self-defense or national defense. I have no respect for aggressors. I have a huge admiration for those who are able to achieve their goals without harming others. I admire people like Ghandi, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and Ceasar Chavez. Che Guavera can suck it.
If you're talking about destruction, you can count me out.

God, so I know he exists. and... Jimmy hendrix so he could teach me how to play crazy guitar techniques, MIke shinoda so i could show him some of my lyrics to see what he thinks (he's my main influence), Billy Joe to ask him why he uses the same #### chord all the time, and George bush to ask him who's putting him up to doing all the stupid moves he made in his two terms (Is it your dad or rockafeller?)

For me personally.. I enjoy baiting Christians, I have a greater understanding than those with a greater knowledge...
I studied Theology for several years, in preparation for the Prieshood, I didn't take my Divinity, after reading philosophy I woke up to reality, there are and always will be more questions than answers, I believe that people have a faith in what they believe in, I believe they believe in the bible's teachings, I also believe they know deep down that their faith in written words is all they have, that belief holds no more credence than their own personal and shared ethics of the same words they hold based on that of what they've read, had the bible told a different story they probaly would believe in that, had there been no bible, there would be a void or a different following in their lives, these believers do not have a grasp of the reality of life and rely on words from a book to mould their lives. Faith is a powerfil entity, but it is just that, faith.
God is and always will be a faith issue and not a reality..... Peace

I HAVE met Ron Paul. Several times :-). I live in his district and even campaigned for him when I was a kid (over three decades ago). My kids know him and not the mayor of our tiny town.

Not an atheist so much as agnostic with Deist leanings... I believe in the possibility (and Probability ) of some creator/ initial event, but also I believe that organized religions have very little to do with spirituality, and a whole lot to do with the political/socioeconomic control of the populace.
