When I think of my grandparents, who bought everything they owned with cash (except houses), they were never broke, but they still had what they needed and didn't have excessive material things they didn't use. When they died, besides memories, they left assets to us, not debts. If we don't change our ways, my parents, my generation and future generations will not be able to do the same.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s historic "I Have A Dream " speech.
    Many thought McCain was disingenuous. Michelle Obama was one of those people. Maybe she chose to stay home with her girls today. Or maybe she knew she'd be unable to feign reverence.     (more)
